The second primary bedroom, with morning light and blackout shades, has a queen bed and overlooks the back gardens.
The Rose room: Perfect for families, this room has both a double bed and a day bed with a large picture window overlooking the front garden and a side window overlooking the vegetable and herb gardens.
The house was originally built in 1852 as a two-room cottage with a dog-trot passage and an outdoor kitchen. The second story was added in 1910. It has been in the family since 1959.
Our inviting kitchen is a wonderful place to cook and gather for morning croissants, breakfast and coffee. Built-in Texas pine cabinets, anique butcher block and vintage cookware/implements add to the overall warmth and ambiance.

The music room has a 1985 Baldwin baby grand piano available for your use. This lovely light-filled room is perfect for morning coffee and early evening cocktails.
The dining room opens into the kitchen and music room. Pine cupboards contain everything you need for elegant entertaining—wine glasses, platters, and more. The table can be extended with extra leaves to comfortably seat up to 8 people.
The living room includes TV, daybed couch, wingback chairs, and a lovely working fireplace for intimate gatherings. The downstairs bathroom is accessible from the door pictured, and the room can be closed off with built-in sliding doors for privacy.
The second upstairs bathroom overlooks the side gardens and has a walk-in waterfall shower.
